Contacted sundirect customer care 3 times . First one said They are not aware of that. 2nd person said wait for some time. 3rd one said app available only for selective sundirect customers

I Asked further whats basis,
they told below

1. Inactive customers not allowed to register on sundirect go app
2. monthly, half yearly ,yearly base pack customers are allowed to register in sundirect go app
3. NCF, MY FTA base pack users not allowed to register on sundirect go app

@PowerStar bro what pack you are in?

Ncf pack users not allowed to watch atleast FTA channels?it's not fair

But 4 of my relatives and 2 of my neighbours and my brother are in yearly pack but they are also unable to register in sundirect go app.

Again received the call from sundirect customer care this time they said sundirect go app not launched officially for all users. It's still in Testing phase when we launch app officially we will inform it via info channel. So don't worry about anything.

I Asked then why morning your colleague told another version, they said no conformed information given to them, also SD CC asked Sorry for any misinformation from colleague on morning.

Sun Direct = No Direct
 
Star Channels are Back, still few of Channels are missing like Star Sports Tamil,Telugu,Kannada, Kids, NGC Channels

Couldn't able to play any channel. Asking to Subscribe

Sun Direct has Logged out all registered users from Sun Direct Go. Mostly they have Deleted all the registered user from DataBase. Since getting error message "User Not Signed UP" . Also Can't register again , getting error message "Can't authenticate the Device"

So No more updates of Sun Direct Go. We should wait till official launch

Still can't register... User doesn't exists message Appearing...
