Seeking Help Sunday installation of new connection is not available from Tata Play?

Guys I am requested a new connection for tata play hd and selected the installation time 9 to 12 pm on 5th November today.Still no one contacted me

It's available. Last Sunday only I have installed TATA PLAY. Very fast service. I placed the order around 9.30AM and with in 20 minutes executive reached my home and finished in less than 1 hour. I am really impressed with their service.
