When series started, Taarak Mehta wasn't happy about some changes of characters & presentation from column to tv series. But, later he realized that both are different platforms, so change was needed.

BTW, Taarak Mehta's daughter was also appeared in series as various characters.

I have decided to stopped watching this pathetic show because of these id*otic dream sequence. Makers takes audience for granted here. Because of this dream sequences old episodes are also ruined for me. I was watching because of nostalgia which has also faded away as well.
