She recently gave birth to a second child, chances of her returning back now are less. And if show got another actress, there is nothing I can find about it in news.

Makers have started to play with viewers' expectations of Daya Ben returning same as they always do with Popatlal's wedding. You get promos, few episodes running story and nothing changes at the end. It's all repetitive.

They are again just giving false hope to their viewers.. ..
Here I tell you what will happen..

Remember pandit said if Jethalal couldn't Inaugurate the shop on given muhurat then there's no shubh muhurat till 6-7 months.. so
Now what will happen is that Jethalal won't be able to inaugurate his shop on the given time and as Sunderalal has said Daya will come on Shop inaugration ..so now Jetha will fail to open shop on that given day n as usual Sunder will refuse to send her to Mumbai
So Finally Jethalal shop and Daya would come after 6-7 Months... Till then there is absolutely no chance ..

I never heard babita ji as babita Bhabhi by any male character in TMKOC.

Also Babita calls all men's except Aiyar as bhai but never called Jethalal as jetha bhai but calls him Jethaji

she is exploiting the fact, that her character is irreplaceable.
Her style, laughter, mannerism etc cant be replicated, and she knows it. Thats why the makers didnt replace her for 5 yrs, and thats why she didnt show up all these years.

if the real fact is like that they should show about it in the show in fun & interesting manner . if not they could make better stories using their kids and other unexplored things in the show.

most of the characters are kind of do look slightly fatter compared some years back, its understandable as people do age normally. they haven't changed much things in the serial though they could retain old characteristic and also show new things which they learnt after becoming some year elder.
