There is a hole in the backside of the box just below the lights..insert a pin and keep it pressed for 10 sec, then release ..it will show the option to factory reset

Btw what is the difference between master reset and factory reset? Master secret asking for pin

Master reset will reset only user settings, factory reset will do complete reset, pin is 0000

As far as I know 'Patchwall' is the name specific to Xiaomi Mi and Redmi TV launcher. Using it to refer to Tata Play Binge home screen isn't correct. You can call it Tata Play Binge Home launcher.
