Hi.. Receiving this message on TV multiple times a day- 'You are using your remote in IR mode'? Though we pair the remote again and again from the popup and it again starts working. But after reatart, this popup comes back again.
Has anyone faced it yet?
Same problem with Tataplay binge plus . From mar-2022 . Trying re pairing, full reset all procedures from Tataplay ,local service visit two time , i visit service center with my settop box but till date no solution…

My 2 favourite channels replaced (one yesterday and one today) Cineplex HD replaced by zee marathi hd and zee Bollywood by patrika tv although actual LCNs were not changed...
In the past also Sony Max 2 was replaced by some other channel
