May be lnb is faulty.I also experienced the same during my first installation of SATCR and the technician changed the lnb on the next day

I remember super lnb before 2022 has that GSAT 30 TP 20- T as the home transponder

Without Wifi dongle also one can remote shedule recording via tataplay app.Now with Wifi dongle only feature is that we can use wifi remote with tataplay app connected same wifi to our phone and settop box
