Open the app and go to my box and select the channel from the guide in the app

Go to the future tv show you wish to record

Then select the tv show and select record Option

You can also manually type the tv show name in search box and also record

it will automatically set to GSAT 30 TP 20 after update, eventually u can cross check going to System Details option and seeing Entry Point

There is no use of Ethernet port now
You can very well disconnect the same

Not sure if its after connecting the network cable, I get the option to record in the app. Even the ongoing program can be recorded.
I also get banner pop up in app that connected to Internet.
