Succesfully upgrade box but Gsat24 signal 9.7db

Slightly skew lnb...i had also same. Now a bit improved but signal strength slightly decreased.

You should have checked when the technician was there as asked him to fix it

To save money, fit the dish and lnb and just leave it..when they will change lnb they will obviously realign right...so why pay extra for relocation..

For address change contact tataplay cc over chat they will change within mins

No bro ,tell them I need to update the address.In system , address is wrong. You have to be in call and they will update the address.

Yes, 200 each for 2 boxes.I had recorded call in which distributor asking to pay.i didn't get into argue with them as i believe TP service/nodal team will do needful.

Nodal Team contacted on complaint and added 400rs to my T play account.
