Why STB not supported to mobile remote?

It is. You can use your smartphone as a remote.
But you cannot use another Tata Play HD remote until you unpaired your existing one.

LNB Upgraded to SAT-CR(IDK if its 4 channel or 8 channel, TP responded only to 8 channel, but according to installer, it was of 4 channel)

Is the signal level is fine? Or require any antenna alignment. Technician told while upgrading,if any signal issue need to replace antenna since it is old antenna. Is he correct?

The signal levels are too low. You should get your dish antenna realigned or replaced asap. If you complain later, you may have to spend from your pocket.

Signals are too low. Your Antenna looks fine, it just need realignment.
