Unable to view News18 Tamilnadu sometime.
Is the signal level is fine? Or require any antenna alignment. Technician told while upgrading,if any signal issue need to replace antenna since it is old antenna. Is he correct?

As they would eventually face signal issues

Particularly with +HD stb that requires everything to work properly

Technician just visited, but remote wasn't working with stb. he came with remote without recording button, So will returned back tomorrow.

Yes they are trying to phase out old outdated boxes
And also they are trying selling out all PVR boxes that they have with logo of tattasky
Currently they are producing tata android box and tata hd on large scale

They will accept the LNB if it's a TS/TP LNB.
