Yes, my UPI recharges through all apps get credited instantly. It was failed a few months back only when I found the long refund processing time.

Don't worry, the refund processing takes time but it will be automatically deposited in your bank. Maximum takes around 10-15 days. You can dispute the transaction if needed.

Just for the sake of information, the refund was never received. The transactions were not reflected in the Tata Play account either.
