You can manually update bro. I updated my HD+ (Transfer) box manually from v400 to v402 just now since the download status was showing as 'IDLE'.

Box serial no starting with 31 is Navya Hd not sd I believe. I have Sat Cr lnb and it’s true that the lnb selections are only for universal and super lnb. But with universal lnb selection also, I am able to view all channels including 2250. Just want to understand how is it different from Navya hd3 box.

Is there any real difference between navya hd2 and hd3? Or just serial number change..I mean in terms of picture or sound quality
