Is there any real difference between navya hd2 and hd3? Or just serial number change..I mean in terms of picture or sound quality

Good PQ,sound is good in HD3,but it lags on switching to HD channels.Good signal reception,in moderate rain you have no signal problem. Favourite option is there.
