Troubleshooting Steps if after Super 1.0 to Super 2.0 Migration No Signal Issue is observed


1. Check signal strength / MER on signal test screen for Ch 100. If not proper, Dish needs to be peaked / LNB Skew angle needs to be adjusted


2. Check LNB settings on STB. Should be Super LNB


3. Reboot box and check Ch 2250. If available, implies box has migrated.


4. If ch 2250 is not available, check STB Software / do forced Download. Also try sending Bmail and Master Reset

Yesterday ch 2250 showing my binge plus Android box, today it's showing blank...

My HDPvR stb is getting this channel 2250, but binge + stb is not showing the channel it’s coming blank

@Vadirocks bro since yesterday ch.2250 is showing black and different channels showing different signal but the transponder is same in all channels gsat30 20 home

There are 2 confusing statements here..

You are saying ''Troubleshooting Steps if after Super 1.0 to Super 2.0 Migration No Signal Issue is observed''
it means the existing super LNB 1.0 will be changed to Super LNB 2.0.

and in the above #141 thread by Acmedigital is saying that "The super lnb will not be completely replaced" and further he is saying that there are 500 super lnb yet to be chnaged in kochi itself.. forget about kochi what about all over india.. also he is saying 2 things lnb will not be chnaged and 500 lnb yet to be changed...very confusing.. can you clarify..

Okay I am now doing the hardest factory reset ever done. Process is underway. God bless my stb

Ok issue has been fixed, I guess TP removed the banner and hence we are getting blank screen. No issues with my STB

After doing the hardest ever factory reset, channel 2250 is coming blank on both STBs (HDPVR and Binge) so no issues at my end.

Only good thing that after reset binge stb has become better in response and smooth.

I remember now that when that channel was added 2250 on the very first day I was getting it on both my stb so I can say that my stbs have been migrated to new satellite

Which lnb are you using? And how many stb u have ?
