help needed what parts of my account is covered in annual service commitment as an engineer of tata sky has adviced me to take this service as i am using tata sky plus hd which has the possibility of stb failure or hard disk corruption and the replacement of box cost thousands of rupees so it is better to be safe by giving 299 to tata sky

Voltage Fluctuations... :huh
This may be the trap... they may blame it to voltage fluctuations for any electronics parts failure.

But I think 299/- is not a big deal...... as the T(S HD DVR now a days cost around 6000/-
