everyone would go back...after using D2H DVR I can say that their interface is really not suitable for DVR facility. DVR needs a good interface like Tata Sky to really feel the romance of using it. But Tata sky is really behind in channel addition...so total marks of channel+interface D2H is way ahead...once channels come, nobody can even compare with Tata Sky...

well buddy in 2 months u will see a completely new fast and efficient user interface and fast epg in videocon d2h. buddy kindly also see how much d2h has cared for its customers, they have added all popular chs so fast

Yes, other than interface and badly designed dvr remote/inferior stb, no other issues. All other parameters, specially channels addition, no comparison. And sorry to say, can't trust your timelines as of now. They will surely rectify, but when they plan. And i rate d2h 4 times better than tata sky as of now on overall comparison basis.

but tatasky is costly, in Rs200 we get only 3 music, 1 cartoon & 8 hindi movie ch. in d2h we get 10 music 10 movie & 5 cartoon ch. If tata sky add new ch. which must include in add on pack or higher pack only. As we see food food ch. addition. but d2h have this ch. in super gold pack

Still tata sky will be a better bet. Assuming one day both have same number of channels, let's see what they are offering you...great picture quality, user interface is as great as u can imagine. Portal is great. Working toll free number. Great remote and stb. Boot time and channel shift time less. Remote recording through mobile and internet. U r in office and want to record at home u can. D2h has no indicator button on stb, very confusing. Normally u r done with watching live tv, u put stb on standby. It stops the recording in d2h. And no pop up will come saying ur recording will stop etc. When u create fav, no save button is shown in d2h. Fav button never works and they is no dedicated guide button. there is no jump to option while watching the recording. But truth is tata sky will never add so many channels and d2h will always be 4 times better for me.hope they add and i eat my words.

as i told d2h will have an awesome software very soon that means u willl have fast epg and great interface
d2h too has a toll free number

it is fastest in adding new chs, no issues with zee or star network unliktata sky which has issues with zee
there is indicator on d2h stb
