USe of satellite in INDIA over Indian space. According to current policy DTH operator cannot sign contract with foreign sat operator. ISRO will sign contract with that foreign operator then DTH will sign contract with ISRO. ISRO is in process of amending this policy so that DTH can sign contract directly with foreign operator
