Tata Sky HD box taking too long to start

My tata sky box is taking too long to get start. Connected to power adapter and light on STB comes after 15 mins approx. Power adapter is checked and ok. Sometimes it turns off while watching program. Anyone faced such problem?

I think STB is faulty. Any idea how much to pay for tata sky hd for stb replacement. Would it be better to opt for new connection instead of repairing the STB? Suggestions please...

Yes faulty box I have similar issue face I call helpline technician visit my house & replace Box 800 rs for box & 200.rs Technician visit.

am TS Customers since it's Launch use SD Box last 11 Years upgrade HD in 2018 Box Damaged suddenly in 2021 June Raise Complaint & install Refurbished But may beTesting Box
Because search option Not available in EPG Bar
In My Box UI.

Need to buy new connection for my suggestion because 6month 1600

Which plan is this? 6 month pack plus connection for 1600. How to avail that?
Airtel HD is 2200 for 6 month including connection for me. Thats the best offer i currently have.
