Tata Sky HD not working

I bought TS HD last year in August. It had no issues. But today morning it showed no signal. As I had to office I decided to ignore. After coming back I checked everything but issue not resolved. Around When I started box it works for few seconds . Then image starts hanging and then back to no signal. On restarting process repeats. Any idea

Try taking out the viewing card, cleaning it and re-inserting and then restart STB.
