Yes, I used Airtel and DishTV before along with TS. There wasn't much difference during heavy rain. Dish went first. Then Airtel and TS signals stopped more or less at the same time. Signal loss during rain is a problem with KU band DTH technology. It happens everywhere in the world.

Any obstacle between LNB and the dish disturbs signals like dust gathered on the face of LNB or rain water flowing over it. Sometimes rain water enters LNB causing signal distortion. I've cut a water bottle and fitted it on the LNB taking care not to cover the face,so that rain water doesn't enter
