Off-topic : Is it only me or has everyone noticed that from the middle of February month the quality of customer care chats have degraded a lot..? By this I mean their overall response to a problem seems to be degraded. Previously whenever I had a problem they fixed the issue within seconds or at-least gave a logical answer to the problem.
Now-a-days it seems more like they are avoiding issues unless it's a very serious issue like, you are unable to watch Tv at all.
I also feel the same. They are not responding properly or giving round-round answers. Maybe because of pressure of handling more number of Calls/Chats due to TRAI's new tariff order. But their response is still better as compared to October Month when Sony Channels were removed.
