But the allotment has to be done by ANTRIX right? No company uplinking from India can bypass it. So this means it is acceptance by ISRO that GSAT10 is dead? If this is indeed true, then its real shame on ISRO for not disclosing the fate of this satellite which is made possible by taxpayer money.

If Gsat 10 is dead then how main operational payload of Gsat 10 is in working condition ?
