Tata Sky informing about Trai order implementation through landing page , telling it will implement it soon for mean while customers can enjoy packs as per current plan ad prices . they will contact customer.. they said it both in english & hindi afterwards in horizontal lines running below the landing page.. they have nt mentioned when they will contact .. admin, mod if post is already posted plz remove or merge it... i searched didnt find similar post..

because they hv immunity from court thanks to a pending case so TRAI cannot punish them

Yes CNBC PHDwe were thinking that broadcaster may be asking high to Ts but Thanks to Trai the actual channel price is Just Rs.1k: Ts charging 99 times more

Tata sky was making huge profit (This 408 crore profit was from subscriber pocket only)charging Rs100 for actual cost Rs1 for CNBC PHD channel in name of Premium HD channel,that is why tatasky is still running pillar to post from one court to other court for stopping this Trai implementation The below link shows The company’s operating margin was 31.8% during fiscal 2018 compared to 28.6% in fiscal 2017. This 31 percent is very huge profit which Airtel and Dish D2h never got in lifetime.
