Which box tata play hd/binge+ provides superior picture quality in 4k tv? Or both provides same quality

I'm using both hd -& binge+ boxes , my personal opinion is in hd box only hd channels clarity is good sd channels r average. In binge+ box hd is awesome & sd channels r better then hd box..

In my opinion picture quality is better on Binge+ box and audio quality is same on both Binge and HD box.

I hv brought a Tata Play HD box recent but SD picture quality is so dull. My Bengali regional News channels are in SD format. That's why I want to upgrade binge plus box only for good picture quality. I am using smart tv. Is my dicision is correct bro?
