Yes, actually they send sms to user after 24 july so minimum 30 days require to replace all tamil region stb. Suppose there are 1000 local dealer office of ts [500 for cities in india, in big cities there are 3 to 10 local dealer office, so 1000 is apprx. Figure] lets see they are replacing 20 stb per day then 60k stb per month in pan india so for 5 lakh stb/60k per month = 8 month so ts will shift all channels on mpeg4 in max. 8 months i.e. In april
