The signal are locked now u can not scan

I don't think so they can lock the signals. If they are testing, then FTA STB will be able to get the signals

We need to change the dish setup to track these signals. It would be great to know atleast 1 TP on that satellite and also signals should be present on that TP.

I will wait until some confirmation comes either from TS or from sites like flysat/lyngsat
