TCM is removed from other DTHs too except Tata Sky..!?

I don't TCM is/was present in other DTHs also except Tata Sky but as there was a new around i.e TCM is shut down in India by boardcasters, so need some confirmation..

Tcm is not present in other dth's. I don't know the exact reason.

It's the exclusive channel for Tatasky when it's availble.
