Brother, decision is taken by DOS not by private dth operator. In every 1-2 year they have to renew their license to DOS & that time it is upto DOS who will take their crucial decision i.e retain them to foreign satellite or migrate them to GSAT.

There is not much differences in parameters, so I think no need to tune your box, or your software would be updated automatically by TATA Sky

Dth moved forgien satelite when no other satelite avilable/don't have enough space in Gsat 15 they have no problem.
