CAG report is old one, now situation is changed as recently Tata sky tested transponders of GSAT 10. Migration will cost Tata sky more both in money & time. Without clearance of DOS they can't move also & DOS don't want to loose it's only customer.

Are u sure its the Gsat10 tps are tested
 
According to news report they tested GSAT 10. But again it can be a report without verification as we see in story like -INSAT 4CR with half life,GSAT 8 unusable with thermal problem etc.etc.

then why they switced off all gsat 10 tp :huh
 
Not a trusted source reported that ts tested gsat10.From ts end its said that they are testing a new technology.

See there's a huge red tap in DOS,you can't get all clearance easily. Without PM nod no final decision done as moving to other satellite needs security clearance which is not easily given as earlier regime.
