Yes, NCF revision should happen on March 1st. Also, the cases filed by the broadcasters are pending in Mumbai and Madras high court only, the main case is in the Mumbai high court. If a verdict comes out in Mumbai's case, we will see the updated prices.
Mumbai and Chennai hearing date please update

TRAI has ordered broadcasters to display all of their bouquets which do not comply with NTO 2.0 on their websites so that customers could know that they won't be able to subscribe with these packs after 1st March.

TRAI instructs broadcasters to inform consumers about packs not complying NTO 2.0 | DreamDTH
Almost after 10 days, no DPO has informed users of change in package.
TRAI is sitting idle. All DPOs, broadcasters & TRAI appear hand in glove. If things remain same till 26th. HC will surely stay the NCF 2.0. Argument given by broadcasters in court will be- "consumer are not informed and chaos will happen on 1st march if NCF 2.0 is implemented without informing users."
Court will pull up TRAI & DPO and stay the NCF 2.0 implementation citing consumer interest and avoiding chaos. In short it seems like friendly fight in court.
One more clue is that Airtel has hiked multi tv NCF prices. Just think, why will they do so for 1 week only to reduce to 52 rs from 1st march?
