as consumers, we've to wait till 1st february, and then march 2020 to see new changes.
 
I had already said they probably won't release new rates.
Can they be taken to court over this?
TRAI has the authority to take necessary action, but I doubt they will do so.
If they don't comply NTO 2.0... There licence will be cancelled.....

Since the court has the next hearing on 22nd Jan, they might release new tariffs only after that date if they fail to get a stay order.

But bro I don't think they will be able to get stay on NTO 2.0 as trai this time is fully prepared they waited for whole one year to stablise prices after so many consultation paper... Hopefully it will not take much time to conclude NTO 2.0
 
No price update till now on site of sony, showing old price till 31st Jan 20

We should wait for them to update if not trai will extend the deadline. We used to work in this fashion, for example how many times we extend for NHToll fastag deadline and pan aadhar link deadline etc. This is how govt company works :cool:
