When is the NTO 2.0 implementation date 1st Feb or 1st March

For broadcasters it was 15 January to publish rates as per NTO 2.0
For DPO's it was 30th January to show revise prices on their website
For consumers to avail the benefits of NTO 2.0 from 1st March.

But it is pending in High Courts of Gujarat Madras and Bombay..

Court had asked the broadcasters to publish the new rates on 15th in the first hearing itself while denying to stay. This means the dates are in place for the NTO 2.0. Let's see what happens.

What are the new plans for February by dth operator’s? Also trai order them to provide info about new plans which are applicable from march. Have any dth operators listed or not ?
