As per my understanding TRAI rules is really beneficial for me because I am in Pakistan using Dishtv and I had to pay for whole package but I only watch 8 channels i.e. 5 sports channels, colors, star plus, zee tv, and nothing else so it will be cheaper for me, by the way its funny that Indian govt unknowingly benefiting me as well, big thanks to TRAI they are more powerful then our PEMRA in Pakistan, they auctioned DTH licence in 2016 but nothing happend due to big cable mafia
