I am sure ADTV and TS are not legally bound as they have their cases pending.

Yes, they're not legally bound but TRAI has said that they can if they want & at least airtel wants it because they have updated the MRP of every channel on their website & EPG + released the TRAI compliance & network capacity details & they are saying that new packs will be available within few days whereas Tata Sky has neither done anything nor giving any information about new packs.

Imagine that Delhi HC scrape Ncf limit of 130 just like Madras HC did with 15% cap. So all those who published NCF will change again as per new order. So why do same work again and again ? Now if ADTV is ready to do the work again then it's their issue but it does not mean all operators has to follow adtv. That's why TS is playing waiting game

Looks like only Tatasky is very beneficial from TRAI order with most number of channels they justice the prices we pay for boquets.

On the other hand, all remaining DTHs with many unavailable channels priced the boquets at MRP only.
