They didn't challenge when the Madras HC Judgement came out.They didn't challenge when SC trashed Star's appeal and spoke in favour of 15% cap in its's judgement.

They only challenged after a month when time ran out and MSOs/LCOs nudged them in TDSAT.A farce move by TRAI !!!

bad move.now cutomers are going to suffer for high rates and coming days channels which they had published higher rates are going to cry as there will be no one to take their channels to watch.most of channels in coming days will get shutdown as it had happened in telecom...
