TS Customer Care told me my TS Dish direction need to be changed

I complained to TS about no signal issue on 8.04.2015 for my TS HD+ connection.Yesterday I got message your request has been cancelled.

I called CC they informed me that TS Dish Direction is need to be changed....

for No Signal my my WO was NS150408539077.

fOR dish direction Change my WO is HPHZQ9W.

Main thing is that no one from TS Visited my house. How request of NS changed to HP.

Please advice...
