Previously full plate biryani cost around 250.
Trai introduced half plate biryani and said will now cost only 190, whereas the full plate will now be charged for 400.
So people who are eating half plate as per their appetite are appreciating, whereas the people who eat more as per their appetite are against it.

Because we are very lazy to set up dish ourselves to receive those free signal so we hired a guy named DPO who does it for ourselves. Ncf is the fee of that guy. If you are not lazy then save ncf and receive signal via c band directly

If you want some knowledge , then I request you to please firstly read the tariff order of trai neutraly , then compare prices before and now , situation of transparency now and before,open selection of channels as per your choices not forced by operator etc , then please you need to have to come at a decision.
