Those people are giving Lesson about obsession or love towards a particular DTH who never even vote for other DTH in DTH of the Month Poll beside how good other DTH performs.

No power to punish, it is by law. I think our MPs were very concerned about giving too much power to bureaucrat.

So these civil service bureaucrat can only recommend punishment , whether that punishment will be executed or not is decided ministry headed by an MP.

It's a contrast to USA FCC

Then how are customers complaints handled as regulator dont have power's

Here regulatory bodies imposes fines and punish if policy is not followed.

Consumer court's are there but not for those complaints which has a regulatory body

I don't find any reason to continue this thread. Without any proper reason already this thread created. Now all talking is about who support whuch DTH. Only this argument happen.
