Hello , i am new to this forum and if i posted in the wrong thread , im sorry !
I had ordered a DVR remote on 4th Feb and now its almost 18th Feb and still no sign of it !
I have sent 5 emails to Cc and numerous calls with everytime the reply being the same "we are sorry for inconvinience caused , Remote order no is ___ and tracking no is ____ "
according to their SLA it should have been delivered in 7 working days , now around 12-13 working days have passed and still no remote !
Now when i called up cc and asked for the nodal officers number he put me on hold and conviniently the call got cut .

Called the Nodal officer today , he ASSURED me that i will 100 percent get the remote by Monday (i.e. - Today).
Now lets wait and watch , if i dont get the remote today , then maybe i will have to take legal action against them.
 
ok... wait and watch for today... if u dont get the remote you can approach consumer court. Be sure to keep your dvr remote order number DVR-____ for reference of order...
