There are no signal diagnostics in this box.

I know bro I just wanted to see the info bar where the two distinctions are made, Signal Quality and Signal Quantity (Upper bar and lower bar)...
So that I could guess where exactly maybe the problem is...

A loss in signal Strength would mean a likely problem as you and a loss in signal quality would be benign...

Signal diagnostics are there in the box once u select particular channel down the channel information if u click 'i' u will get signal strength and quality (side by side in this box).My signal strength is 98% but quality is varying in some of the channel it's 94 or 75 in other channels it is just 19 to 39. Once the box is activated we will come to know whether it needs realignment.My previous hd box signal quality is 80-90 in almost all channels

Relax...You won't need one

This is an issue for specific transponder it seems, and has nothing to do with dish alignment....had it been done in a wrong way you would have suffered a loss in signal strength, not in quality
