Mailed to Nodal Officer TN Yesterday for upgrading STB. By today Afternoon, 4K box is provided. Seems to be issue with Box Swapping. Asked to wait till tomorrow morning 11 AM for activation. Missing of channel number was a dissatisfaction. But by using Google Assistant Mic button, we can switch to the desired channel. Voice command is "Channel followed by Number" Example: Channel 900
