Dino, this is Untrue. The Videocon d2h HD DVR is frustrating. I regret upgrading from the plain HD box to the HD DVR. The UI is very slow, it hangs often, channels dont change but the Info bar changes. These are just some of the problems.

Much better off with lesser channels on Tata Sky's hardware. At least, the experience isn't frustrating enough to make you pull your hair out.

Oh, and the latest, one rain and the dish alignment has gone kaput. Is that quality installation? I have two Tata Sky dish installed since 2006, and not even a single one has ever lost alignment because of strong breeze.

No use being a fanboy of any service. Till the "expected" major software update comes along and solves the niggles with the HD DVR, we will not say that d2h is the best.

D2h dvr is faulty it is proved in here,all experienced users commented it is very slow, stuck lot.
check lewis brother's thread,after his experience with d2h dvr ,he reactivated the airtel dvr again.
