Im using videocon d2h SDHD555 STB in sri lanka. It works fine when it connected to tv via rc cable (yellow red white jacks) But I connect via HDMI satellite signal lost and im getting the msg SIGNAL NOT AVAILABLE. I just connected another stb to same dish (model- white colour hd stb) it lost signal for some hd channels. What's the cause for this? I cant get call center help since im in sri lanka.
