this has been the case ever since D2h was launched. Ppl kept on stating that it is inferior. Operators like dishtv which is beaming from 3 satellites and charges subscribers for the monoblock lnb which in fact it should have given free of cost, because it is not customers' fault that they're beaming from 3 satellites.
