Is Arasu's latest notice to LCO's who has registered with them has anything to do with the latest happenings with SCV as most LCO's though not subscribing to Arasu have still got registered with them which might invite a payment default like Arasu giving signals to all LCO's in Chennai and its LCO's problem for not using it (Product delivered so payment is mandatory but using it or not is upto the LCO's)?

scv change al-ala-carte pack they add new addon pack and new add ed channel price .

in scv star sports they put advt no mean to see in analog. this can seen through set top box.
