But they don't specified that it will be the date of channel launch or launching event. Most probably it will be about the launching event to be held on that day. Because Nov 3 its very near they don't started the test run and addition on dth is not started. Although normally channels will start official telecast starting with their launch event if conducted. So they can't start official broadcast at the same day of launch event(otherwise it will be live). May be test run start soon.
