Breaking Zee Punjabi set to launch on 13 January, 2020

I think they should start from 7:30 and end at 10 pm .. as majority people go to bed after or at 10pm . After 9:30 they might repeat programs

I have one doubt in my mind.
Zee Punjabi will be Available on DD Free Dish, but it will be available on other DTHs at a rate of Rs.3 per month. But why? Will it not be a "free to air" channel?
