Discussion Zee5 Lag Issue

Is anyone able to watch any show on Zee5 on xtreme box.
I wanted to watch Friends Reunion and B R Chopra Mahabharat but the screen is getting stuck while sound keeps playing.

reinstall the app,
freeze or uninstall unwanted apps/back ground running non system apps
have atleast 700mb or 800mb free space in internal memory
I do not have xtreme stb, these are general.

Had a similar issue sometimes but most of the time It lags a lot or gets stuck when I open the app. After a couple of seconds, or a minute it will work fine. Didn't install any other apps and the rest of the pre-installed apps are working fine. The issue might be with the box/app and we can't do anything.
