After merger, Zeel will be a part of Culver Max Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Just like Sony, Zee will be a sub brand & continues its journey.

no zee wont be a part of culver max. the new company will be evolved where both zee and sony are parents similar to jv.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (All Zee Channels) and Bangla Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (Sony Aath & Sony Marathi) will amalgamate with Culver Max Entertainment Pvt Ltd. (Formerly, Sony Pictures Networks India).
Culver Max Entertainment (CME) will be the parent company of both Sony & Zee JV in India.

there is a difference between with and to. if the name retains as culver max. then both zee and sony pictures entertainment india will be the owners of culver max. it is unlikely that the name will be retained.
zee wont be a sony company.
